30 Day Defect Warranty

If your rod is damaged beyond repair in the first 30 days of ownership we will replace the rod free of charge. To start a claim, email us at cotterrodworks@gmail.com and type Warranty Claim in the subject line. Please provide us with your preferred contact information, the rod model that was damaged, a description and/or pictures of the damaged area, and a dated proof of purchase. You will need to send us the damaged rod and pay a fee for return shipping ($30 within the US).

Limited Lifetime Warranty replacement policy:

If your rod is damaged beyond repair due to manufacturer defect we will replace it for 50% of the current price. To start a claim, email us at cotterrodworks@gmail.com and type Warranty Claim in the subject line. Please provide us with your preferred contact information, the rod model that was damaged, a description and/or pictures of the damaged area, and a dated proof of purchase. You will need to send us the damaged rod and pay a fee for return shipping ($30 within the US).

 

The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original owner, with dated proof of purchase.​
